Fillmyhead currently hosts its interactive websites (and thereby your data) with Brightbox Systems Ltd. (UK), whose servers are located in the United Kingdom. We operate within their Terms of Service (http://www.brightbox.co.uk/terms).

Law enforcement

We will fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies of both your and our (Germany) jurisdiction. To put it frankly: We actually like most governments of the world and their laws, especially but not exclusively laws regarding copyright and defamation. If you feel like cutting the branch you are sitting on, please do not use our services. We are not able to (and therefore won't) fight your battles for you.
